🎯 Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in paid marketing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Generate leads, traffic, and conversions through performance campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience, and ad copies
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Track and analyze KPIs like CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Coordinate with design/content team for ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports and insights
🧠 Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Basic understanding of SEO & Analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Understanding of funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion)
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred)
