We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth across channels for a fast-growing quick commerce platform.

About the Role
You’ll work across the full digital marketing stack - from paid campaigns and organic growth to retention and brand.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with real ownership.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and execute campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Support performance marketing:
- Campaign setup, optimization, reporting
- Work on CAC, ROAS, and funnel improvement
• Drive organic growth:
- Social media execution
- Content coordination (posts, creatives, copies)
• Work on retention:
- Push notifications, WhatsApp, email campaigns
- Improve repeat usage and engagement
• Analyze performance:
- Track key metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, engagement)
- Identify gaps and optimize campaigns
• Coordinate with:
- Design team (creatives)
- Ops & product team (offers, campaigns)
• Execute quick campaigns based on city-level demand (hyperlocal marketing)
Who Should Apply
• 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
• Good communication and content sense
• Strong execution mindset (gets things done fast)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
Bonus
• Experience in e-commerce / quick commerce
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager
• Exposure to CRM / retention marketing
