Role: Performance Marketing Intern
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Gurgaon (On Site)
Responsibilities-
- Assist in execution and monitoring of campaigns across Meta Platforms and Google Ads
- Perform daily hygiene checks on campaigns (budgets, targeting, tracking, landing pages)
- Support website updates (banners, product pages, collections, user journey improvements)
- Track creative performance and identify winning content angles
- Conduct competitor analysis across ads, offers, landing pages, and communication
- Assist in maintaining campaign trackers, reports, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with performance and creative teams for campaign execution
Requirements-
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital/performance marketing concepts
- Familiarity with Meta Ads / Google Ads (academic or internship exposure is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong execution ability
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
