Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining an efficient CPL and strong ROI.
- Develop & implement strategies for lead generation, re-marketing and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions and overall marketing ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Create and test different audiences, ad copies, creatives and campaign strategies.
- Track and report key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, lead quality and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimum utilization of advertising spend.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and changes in Meta, Google and digital advertising platforms.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting and analytics.
- Ability to manage significant advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be performance-driven, data-oriented and ROI-focused.
