We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Specialist
📍 Location: Hyderabad (Only Hyderabad local candidates required)
💼 Experience: 4 to 6 Years
💰 CTC: ₹8 – ₹15 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
🏢 Agency background is mandatory
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ Hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
✔ Strong understanding of Performance Marketing Metrics – CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI, ROAS & Conversion Tracking
✔ Experience in managing Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube & Meta campaigns
✔ Strong knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns & Campaign Optimization
✔ Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager & Reporting Tools
✔ Good analytical, reporting, and client communication skills
✔ Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies & performance optimization
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Agency experience is mandatory
✔ Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
✔ Comfortable handling client communication and campaign presentations
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
