Job Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and enhancing overall campaign performance through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize performance
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with design teams for creatives
- Structure campaigns, ad groups, and targeting strategies for better performance
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports with actionable insights
- Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend utilization
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization
