We are hiring a Performance Scriptwriter / Copywriter to write high-converting scripts and copy for ads, videos, funnels, landing pages, UGC, and growth campaigns across the Astro Arun Pandit ecosystem.
This is not a normal content writing role.
We need someone who understands hooks, audience psychology, direct-response writing, paid ads, UGC scripts, conversion messaging, and performance marketing.

About the Role
As a Performance Scriptwriter / Copywriter, you will create copy and scripts for Meta ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, Reels, Shorts, UGC videos, founder-led videos, landing pages, product funnels, WhatsApp campaigns, and retargeting campaigns.
You should be able to write copy that is clear, sharp, emotional, persuasive, and built for business results.
This role is for someone who can write fast, test multiple angles, take feedback, and improve copy based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
* Write strong hooks for paid ads, Reels, Shorts, YouTube ads, and UGC videos
* Write scripts for founder-led ads, creator ads, product ads, consultation ads, app ads, and course ads
* Create direct-response copy for cold, warm, retargeting, and retention campaigns
* Write landing page headlines, offer copy, trust sections, FAQs, CTAs, and objection-handling copy
* Create UGC briefs and natural scripts for creators and customer-style videos
* Write multiple versions of the same hook, angle, and offer for testing
* Work with creative strategy and performance marketing teams to improve CTR, CAC, CVR, ROAS, and revenue
* Study winning creatives, competitor ads, customer comments, reviews, and support objections to find better copy angles
* Build hook banks, script banks, objection banks, and angle banks by brand and funnel stage
What We Are Looking For
* Strong copywriting or scriptwriting experience for paid ads, D2C, apps, content, edtech, consumer internet, or creator-led brands
* Strong understanding of hooks, audience psychology, emotional triggers, direct-response copy, and conversion
* Ability to write in Hindi, Hinglish, and English depending on campaign need
* Ability to write short, sharp, mobile-first scripts
* Ability to convert business offers into clear and persuasive messaging
* Basic understanding of Meta ads, Google ads, YouTube ads, landing pages, funnels, CTR, CAC, CVR, and ROAS
* Ability to write fast, test multiple versions, and improve based on data
Ideal Background
