Job Title: Performance & Quality Specialist
Location: Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 Fixed
Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full-Time)
Role Summary: We are looking for a Performance & Quality Specialist to help drive excellence across our sales and support teams. Instead of just monitoring, you will be a key partner in agent development, using data and feedback to ensure every customer interaction is of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate: Review and score calls, emails, and chat transcripts for accuracy and tone.
- Empower: Conduct regular feedback sessions and coaching to help agents improve.
- Analyze: Use Excel to track quality trends and identify areas for process improvement.
- Report: Present weekly performance insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year in a quality monitoring or team lead-support role.
- Skills: Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and a sharp eye for detail.
- Technical: Comfortable with MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Location: Based in Mumbai (Local candidates only, as no accommodation is provided).
