Role Description

This is a Performance Media Manager (global). The candidate will focus on planning, implementing, and optimising media campaigns across various platforms, mainly Google, META, and LinkedIn. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating on media strategies, evaluating campaign performance, and supporting the team in creating impactful communication initiatives. The role requires analytical and creative thinking to ensure the success of performance-driven media campaigns in a global context.


Qualifications

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Search (SEM), Social (Meta, LinkedIn), Display, and Programmatic.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Strategically allocate large media budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and actionable insights, producing weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Tracking Setup: Ensure accurate tracking (UTMs, Pixel, GA4) and troubleshooting.


Key Requirements

  • Experience: 4–8 years (Manager) in performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability and experience with data visualization (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, proactive learner, and strong communicator for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Certifications: Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
