Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube/Video, Call-Only, Remarketing, and Desktop-focused campaigns.
- Generate high-quality inbound leads and calls while maintaining strong ROI/ROAS.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and continuous campaign optimization based on CPC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score.
- Setup and manage Conversion Tracking, GTM, GA4, Call Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, reduce spam/invalid traffic, and coordinate with sales & technical teams to improve lead quality.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC lead generation.
- Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Experience with USA market campaigns and dollar billing accounts preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, and competitor research tools.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of Google Ads policies and suspension prevention.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Google Ads experience.
- Experience in service-based or lead generation industries preferred.
- Google Ads Certifications are an added advantage.
- Work Location: In person
