Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Performance Marketing Team Leader who can manage campaigns, lead a marketing team, and handle multiple projects efficiently. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver, capable of handling complicated situations, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth team operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team on daily operations
- Assign, monitor, and review daily tasks and campaign performance
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Native Ads, and other traffic platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, scalability, and lead generation
- Handle pressure situations and provide quick problem-solving solutions
- Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams for campaign execution
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain workflow discipline
- Generate reports and maintain campaign tracking and performance sheets
- Mentor junior team members and improve overall team productivity
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing & Media Buying
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and competitive industries
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization and scaling strategies
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, and tracking tools
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
Preferred Candidate
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience managing teams and high-budget campaigns
