ROLE : PERFORMANCE MARKETING STRATEGIST

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our paid acquisition strategy across digital channels. The role demands a growth-driven mindset with deep expertise in multi-channel paid marketing — including Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Programmatic, OTT, and Affiliate channels.
The ideal candidate will combine analytical acumen with creative strategy to scale revenue, optimise CAC/ROAS, and drive brand growth across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning -
● Design and execute end-to-end paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
● Develop scalable acquisition funnels across platforms — from awareness to conversion.
● Forecast budgets, allocate spends across channels, and ensure ROI optimisation.
● Identify new growth opportunities through emerging platforms and audience segments.
2. Channel Management
● Lead performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Affiliates, OTT, Programmatic, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
● Manage affiliate and partnership networks to scale incremental traffic and sales.
● Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and optimise ad creatives.
3. Optimisation & Analytics
● Track, analyse, and interpret campaign data to drive actionable insights.
● Continuously test ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve CAC and ROAS.
● Use tools like Google Analytics, Apps-Flyer, GA4, and Meta Ads Manager for performance reporting.
● Build robust dashboards and performance trackers for leadership visibility.
4. Team Leadership
● Mentor and guide junior performance marketers and interns.
● Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and performance accountability.
● Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, and tech teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing (preferably in D2C or e-commerce).
● Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and multi-channel budgets.
● Strong command of analytics, attribution models, and conversion rate optimisation.
● Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, Shopify and affiliate platforms.
● Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Good to Have:
● Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery category.
● Exposure to influencer-led performance campaigns and retention funnels (CRM, remarketing).
● Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-led performance optimisation tools.
