About the Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist who can own paid campaigns from strategy to execution — without hand-holding. This role is for someone who has actually managed campaigns at scale, knows what makes a D2C brand grow on Meta and Google, and brings the discipline and curiosity to stay ahead of platforms, algorithms, and creative trends.
You'll be embedded across a portfolio of brands and be directly responsible for performance outcomes — ROAS, CPA, CAC, and growth.

Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise full-funnel paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads across a portfolio of D2C and B2C brands
- Allocate and manage budgets with a focus on efficient spend, strong ROAS, and low CPA/CAC
- Conduct audience research and develop segmentation strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, and intent-based targeting
- Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), product catalogs, and dynamic ad formats
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube — using Smart Bidding and match type strategies effectively
- Develop and run structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Brief the creative team on ad concepts based on performance data and audience insights
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, takeaways, and next steps for each brand
- Track and analyze performance using GA4 and attribution modeling to connect paid media activity to actual business outcomes
- Monitor platform updates, beta features, and algorithm changes, and proactively apply learnings to active campaigns
- Use AI writing, research, and automation tools daily to improve output quality and speed of execution
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads (actual campaign management, not oversight or strategy alone)
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns for D2C brands — fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or similar categories is mandatory
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads: campaign structures, Pixel and CAPI setup, Advantage+ campaigns, catalog/dynamic ads, and creative testing methodologies
- Strong Google Ads skills: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, and match type strategy
- Experience managing meaningful monthly ad spends with measurable and demonstrable ROAS outcomes
- Proficiency in GA4, attribution modeling, and translating ad data into business-level insights
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and Excel to build performance dashboards and client-facing reports
- Fluency in Hindi and English — both written and spoken — for internal and client communication
- Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, or equivalent) for research, copy ideation, and creative briefs — this is non-negotiable
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Programmatic platforms
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce tracking setups
- Exposure to SEO or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
