Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist (SEO, SMO, PPC) role based in Mayur Vihar. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SMO, and PPC campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital channels.
Statistics that we want to see in your resume:
- Must have a proven track record in Meta ads - Ad spent, duration, results achieved (clicks, sales), minimum and maximum ad budget managed, how many campaigns managed, which locations
- Statistics achieved in google PPC ads - Ad spent, duration, results achieved (clicks, sales)
- Traffic increased organicallythrough SEO on website
- AIO- how do you rank in AI engines?
Must have:
- Good understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion tracking, including goal setup and attribution basics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Ability to work on-site in Mayur Vihar, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Office: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi
Working days and time: Mon- Sat, 10am -6pm
Package: 3-4LPA (depending on skill)
