We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in managing and scaling campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign creation, execution & optimization
- Budget management & sales projections
- ROAS/CPL/CPA optimization
- Audience targeting & retargeting
- Coordination with agencies, influencers & content creators
- Performance reporting & analytics
- Managing AI tools and modern marketing technologies
Required Skills:
- Meta Ads & Google Ads expertise
- GA4, GTM, Pixel tracking
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Ability to independently manage performance marketing
📍 Location: NOIDA
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on capability & experience)
