About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns for our ecommerce brands. This role focuses on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with strong emphasis on structured testing, clear tracking systems, and measurable results. You will be expected to not only run campaigns but also build repeatable systems for experiment tracking, performance reporting, and creative feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaign Management
• Launch and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Structure campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, and scaling
Performance Optimization
• Track and improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV
• Run structured tests across audiences, creatives, and offers
• Identify scalable campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
System Building & Tracking
• Maintain campaign trackers and testing logs
• Track creative performance across campaigns
• Document learnings and experiment outcomes
Creative Collaboration
• Work with designers and editors to develop new ad concepts
• Provide feedback on winning vs. losing creatives
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare weekly performance summaries
• Clearly communicate campaign insights and next actions
• Maintain organized documentation of experiments
Required Skills
• 1–4 years experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Experience with ecommerce advertising
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Ability to build structured tracking systems
