Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in crowdfunding, NGO, healthcare, e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for fundraising campaigns.
- Create campaign structures for conversion campaigns, donation campaigns, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Optimize ads for ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and donation value.
- Test multiple creatives, hooks, headlines, thumbnails, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily performance and scale winning campaigns aggressively.
- Coordinate with the creative and video teams for performance-based ad creatives.
Google Ads Management
- Manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research for fundraising, donation, medical, animal welfare, and social cause campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on conversions, cost per donation, impression share, and search intent.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting
- Track daily spending, donations, ROAS, campaign-wise performance, and donor acquisition cost.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take immediate corrective action.
- Work closely with the content, video, website, and fundraising teams to improve landing page conversion.
- Analyze donor behavior, campaign funnels, and retargeting opportunities.
Strategy & Scaling
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies for different causes.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and donation quality.
- Suggest new campaign angles, ad formats, audience segments, and testing ideas.
- Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads policy changes, tracking updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of conversion campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and campaign scaling.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixel, CAPI, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, and funnel metrics.
- Ability to manage high-budget campaigns with daily performance monitoring.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of ad creatives, hooks, storytelling, and landing page optimization.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns at the same time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in crowdfunding, NGO fundraising, healthcare campaigns, or social impact marketing.
- Experience in managing donation-based campaigns.
- Ability to coordinate with video editors, designers, scriptwriters, and campaign managers.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp retargeting, CRM funnels, and donor remarketing will be an added advantage.
