We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: Noida | Company: TrippingCube
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience and a strong background in the travel and tourism industry. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display)
- Plan and execute Meta campaigns (Facebook,Youtube & Instagram)
- Drive lead generation and website bookings for travel products
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROI
- Build and manage custom, remarketing, and lookalike audiences
- Create effective ad copies and coordinate on creatives
- Work closely on landing pages and website optimization to improve conversions
- Analyze data and implement performance-driven strategies
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing
- Mandatory experience in the Travel / Tourism industry
- Strong understanding of lead generation for travel services
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of analytics, tracking, and marketing funnels
