Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns, especially in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads and conversions
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations for better lead conversion
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-backed improvements
Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B/B2C) with measurable results
Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to optimize campaigns specifically for lead quality and cost per lead (CPL)
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets)
Good understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns
Basic understanding of SEO and marketing funnels
