We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for someone data-driven, proactive, and passionate about performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scalability
Manage budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend
Collaborate with Content and Design teams to improve ad creatives and landing pages
Implement tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and ensure data accuracy
Stay updated with Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
Requirements:
1–3+ years of experience in Google Ads or Performance Marketing
Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with other platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
