Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) based out of Nampally. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and achieve business goals. The role requires analyzing campaign data, managing performance metrics, conducting performance testing, and providing actionable insights. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication of campaign objectives and results.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Performance Management, Performance Testing, and campaign optimization
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to evaluate campaign performance
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in Google Ads platform management and understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of A/B testing and proficiency with performance monitoring tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house digital marketing team is a plus
