We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads to drive scalable growth and optimize campaign performance. You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns and delivering measurable results through data-driven strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Track and analyze campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Monitor budgets and allocate spend efficiently across campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Product) to align on campaign goals.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and user behavior.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
