Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing to manage and optimize all Google paid marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google platforms to maximize ROI, drive website traffic, and acquire customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and Display.
- Execute campaign tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends to achieve maximum ROI and performance efficiency.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaign performance.
- Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization for paid campaigns.
- Work extensively with Google Ads Editor and create campaign upload sheets for efficient campaign management.
- Monitor and analyze competitor marketing strategies to identify opportunities.
- Use analytical tools to track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Perform daily campaign monitoring and optimization based on performance data.
- Build and execute A/B tests across landing pages and homepage to improve user engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design, product, and content teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display campaigns).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign scaling.
- Good understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce or D2C marketing funnels is preferred.
Experience Required
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Google Ads management.
