Role DescriptionWe are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to lead multi-channel paid strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and DV360. This role combines technical platform expertise with a strategic mindset to drive ROI for a diverse portfolio of premium clients.
Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Execution: Build, launch, and manage full-funnel advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), and DV360.
- Programmatic Management: Utilize DV360 for sophisticated programmatic display and video buys, ensuring brand safety and optimal reach.
- Optimization & Scaling: Perform daily bid management, audience refinement, and budget allocation to hit aggressive KPIs (CPA/ROAS/CPL).
- Testing Frameworks: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing (creative, landing pages, and audience segments) to improve conversion rates.
- Data Synthesis: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio to track attribution and deliver actionable insights beyond basic reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to align ad assets with platform best practices and client brand voice.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital media buying (Agency experience preferred).
- Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DV360/CM360.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data analysis; ability to interpret complex data sets into clear "so-what" summaries for stakeholders.
- Technical Setup: Familiarity with tracking pixels, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and conversion API setups.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to present performance decks and strategic roadmaps to clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, DV360, or Facebook Blueprint are a significant advantage.
