Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a result-oriented and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves managing paid campaigns, scaling digital growth, improving ROAS, and driving customer acquisition for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for performance and scaling
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and performance tracking
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion metrics
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance data and share actionable insights regularly
• Support retention marketing activities including WhatsApp, email, and remarketing campaigns
• Work on funnel optimization and customer acquisition strategies
• Research trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities in digital marketing
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign execution
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and scaling strategies
• Experience in D2C, FMCG, or e-commerce brands preferred
• Basic understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and execution-driven environment
Preferred:
• Experience handling high-spend ad accounts
• Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, or other tracking tools
• Understanding of influencer-led or content-led performance campaigns
