Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist located in Delhi. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns with a focus on driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) performance in the FMCG sector. Day-to-day tasks will include performance tracking, data analysis, optimizing campaigns to achieve ROI targets, and conducting performance testing. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve online presence and ensuring marketing strategies align with the company's objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to make data-driven marketing decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting insights effectively
- Demonstrated knowledge of tools and platforms for performance marketing in D2C or FMCG contexts
