Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, manage, and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
· Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI across search engines, social media, and display advertising.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, campaign performance, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
· Perform A/B testing and experiments to improve overall performance.
· Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
· Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Manage and optimize budget allocation to ensure the best possible return on ad spend (ROAS).
· Drive growth through data-driven marketing and performance optimization techniques.
Requirements:
· 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
· Proficiency in paid search, paid social, and display advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn).
· Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
· Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and remarketing campaigns.
· Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and audience insights.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail.
· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
