We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth for D2C and e-commerce brands.
The role focuses on scaling paid campaigns, improving ROAS, optimizing funnels, and driving profitable growth across multiple digital platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce apps.
This is a performance-first role where business growth is the core KPI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Identify winning ads, audiences, and creatives and scale them
- Manage daily budgets and optimize for ROAS and CAC
E-commerce Growth
- Drive sales on Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart
- Optimize listings, pricing, bundles, and offers
- Improve conversion rates and increase AOV
- Analyze product performance and scale best-sellers
Quick Commerce Platforms
- Manage visibility on Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart
- Improve search ranking, offers, and product discoverability
- Align marketing campaigns with instant purchase behavior
- Coordinate with inventory and pricing teams
Creative & Funnel Optimization
- Work with design/content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, and campaign strategies
- Run A/B tests for ads, creatives, and audiences
- Suggest landing page improvements for better conversions
Data & Performance Tracking
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
- Track key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, AOV
- Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize accordingly
- Share performance insights and actionable recommendations
Client Management
- Present reports and growth strategies to clients
- Take ownership of brand performance and revenue outcomes
- Make data-driven decisions and handle client communication
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience in D2C / e-commerce brands (mandatory)
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably
- Client-facing communication experience
