🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert (Full-Time-Onsite)
Are you passionate about driving results through digital campaigns?
WeConnect Overseas — a leading overseas education consultancy based in Thane — is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to manage and scale our paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
- Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Track KPIs and provide detailed campaign performance reports
- Research and test new audience segments, creatives, and ad formats
- Handling social media platforms with basic posting using canva
💡 Requirements:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads in edtech or overseas education space(mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and tracking tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of education or service-based marketing is a plus
📍 Location: Thane (Onsite for Full time or Remote for Freelancers)
💰 Budget: Upto ₹40000/month for Full time— open to discussion for experienced candidates
🕐 Engagement: Full time
