About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you own TopSlot's paid acquisition end to end. You will plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google and Meta, track what every rupee returns, and work with the content and product teams to turn traffic into signups and paying accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to own real budget and see direct impact.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, from setup to daily optimization.
- Own the numbers: CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate. Report on them every week.
- Build and test landing pages and ad creative. Run A/B tests and act on what they show.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking across GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Research the market and competitors to find new audiences and angles.
- Manage budget pacing, and flag clearly what to scale and what to cut.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years running paid campaigns, or strong hands-on project work you can show.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Comfort with analytics: GA4, GTM, and reading a funnel.
- Clear communication. You can explain a metric and say what to do about it.
- A test-and-learn mindset focused on ROI, not activity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, not required.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing a SaaS or B2B product.
- Familiarity with landing page tools and basic conversion rate optimization.
- Exposure to paid channels beyond Google and Meta (LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).
- Genuine interest in AI search and how brands show up in it.
