Job Description
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with the aim of driving customer acquisition and engagement across various online platforms. This role requires a data-driven individual who can strategically allocate budgets, measure campaign performance, and implement actionable insights to achieve marketing objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
• Manage end-to-end lead generation campaign execution, including setting up, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns
• Should be proficient with multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI
2. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure
• Forecast and track marketing spend, ensuring alignment with financial goals
3. Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAP, CAC & ROAS
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
4. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders effectively
5. Market/Competitor Research & Trends:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and the competitive landscape
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing (lead generation)
• Qualifications: UG: Any Graduate | PG: Any Postgraduate
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and custom audience targeting strategies.
• Strong capability in structuring and optimizing campaigns across multiple objectives and funnel stages.
• Comfortable building and interpreting reports using Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, CRM dashboards, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, keyword strategy, exclusion logic, and landing page optimization.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills
