We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media presence across multiple digital platforms. You’ll develop data-driven strategies, launch high-performing campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, launch, and manage Search, Display, YouTube, and Social Media ad campaigns
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
- Implement tracking systems including GA4, pixels, and conversion tracking tools
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports
- Optimize funnels to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall conversion rates
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6+ years of proven experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience managing substantial ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience in B2B or legal industry marketing is a plus
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads are a plus
