Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in managing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns
Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis
Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CTR, CPA, conversions)
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing goals
Improve campaign performance through data-driven strategies
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SEM / Performance Marketing
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & reporting tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
