Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru, India. The Performance Marketing Specialist will oversee planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive growth and engagement. They will conduct market research, identify target audiences, strategize campaigns for maximum ROI, and analyze performance metrics. Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals will also be a critical part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), YouTube, and programmatic.
● Own and manage paid user acquisition KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, and funnel performance.
● Develop and test creative strategies with in-house design and video teams to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
● Analyze performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and produce regular reports for internal stakeholders.
● Collaborate with product, growth, and content teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
● Identify new paid channels and growth opportunities (Snapchat, TikTok, influencer partnerships, affiliate). ● Conduct A/B testing across targeting, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies. ● Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
● 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a B2C digital product or high-growth startup.
● Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with 6–7 figure monthly budgets.
● Hands-on experience with ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MMPs like Appsflyer or Adjust.
● Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
● Creative problem-solving ability and a passion for growth.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Interest in gaming, esports, or youth culture is a big plus.

● Experience working with gaming or creator-focused platforms.
● Knowledge of organic growth channels and how they intersect with paid efforts.
● Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
