Wanted: A Growth Pilot for Global B2B Expansion | Kochi | 2–4 Years Exp | B2B
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified lead generation and scale our digital presence across the Marine, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors.
We are not looking for a generalist digital marketer. We need a specialist who is obsessed with ROI, conversion data, and the technical nuances of B2B performance. You will be responsible for managing substantial budgets and ensuring SMEC remains top-of-mind for global decision-makers.
The Mission:
- Scale Ads: Own & optimize LinkedIn, Google (Search/YT), and Meta campaigns.
- Master Tracking: Full setup of GA4, GTM (gtags), and attribution models.
- Lead Funnels: Drive ROI through WhatsApp, Email marketing, and CRO-focused landing pages.
- Budget Ownership: Manage and allocate global ad spends to maximize ROAS.
- Report the "Why": Translate data into strategic growth insights.
The Must-Have's :
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven success in B2B Performance Marketing. (Experience in the Industrial, Engineering, or Tech sector is a huge plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between technical specs and marketing strategy.
- Tech Stack: Mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console.
- Mindset: Data-obsessed, analytical, and result-oriented.
