Role Overview
We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and scale our student acquisition funnel.
If you understand numbers, funnels, and ROAS better than most people understand Instagram reels — we want you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate high-quality leads for online education programs
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality & conversions
- Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
- Proven track record of lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution & conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in EdTech or Lead Gen industry is a plus
