ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with 3 years of experience to join ELIXIR Global's Growth Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international B2B environment and has hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns across global accounts.
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies - including demand generation programs - that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Strong analytical ability and client communication skills are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performance paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Design and drive demand generation programs - including multi-touch nurture campaigns, inbound lead generation, and top-of-funnel content amplification - to build consistent pipeline for the sales team.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, ad copy, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and performance tracking aligned to B2B buyer journeys.
- Strategize and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs including MQL volume, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics, with daily and weekly performance reviews.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve ad efficiency, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and conversion paths to drive stronger lead quality and conversion rates (CRO).
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion goals in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports and confidently present campaign insights, strategies, and results to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with internal creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with ICP, buyer persona messaging, and business goals.
- Stay on top of platform updates, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency, managed services, or B2B tech environment.
- Proven expertise in planning, running, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Experience with demand generation strategies including lead nurturing, content-led acquisition, and marketing-to-sales funnel management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Amplitude or similar platforms.
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in client-facing and stakeholder-facing roles.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple client accounts, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, lead scoring, and MQL-to-SQL pipeline dynamics.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience running ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
- Familiarity with intent data tools such as HotJar, 6sense, or Demandbase.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, or Meta Blueprint.
- Exposure to AI Automation, content syndication, or programmatic advertising as part of an integrated demand gen strategy.
