Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to
manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving leads, conversions, and revenue growth
through data-driven strategies and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
Other relevant ad platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage budget allocation and maximize performance efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Business Manager
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Work closely with the creative and content team for ad copies and visuals.
- Improve conversion rates through funnel optimization.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in conversion tracking and pixel setup.
- Understanding of SEO basics and landing page optimization.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads / Meta Certifications preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in E-commerce / Lead Generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML or landing page builders.
