🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
💡 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor and improve ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
• Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and ad platforms
• Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies and visuals
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
✅ Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience with conversion tracking and pixel setup
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
• Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field
• Certifications (Google/Meta) are a plus
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM & marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of landing pages / HTML
