You’ll own:
- Paid growth (Meta + Google)
- Retention (Email + WhatsApp)
- Attribution (GA4, Pixels, UTMs — clean data only)
- Funnel performance (from click → purchase)
You’ll be responsible for:
- Budget allocation & scaling decisions
- Creative testing & performance feedback loops
- Audience strategy & remarketing
- Revenue tracking, projections, and reporting
You should:
- Have 1–3 years in performance marketing
- Be comfortable with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4
- Understand CAC, ROAS, AOV like second nature
