What we want
We're looking for someone obsessed with growth. Your job is simple: bring profitable customers across Meta, Google, Amazon and Quick Commerce.
If ROAS, CAC, attribution and scaling campaigns excite you more than making PowerPoint presentations, we'd love to talk.
What you'll own
- End-to-end Meta Ads strategy and execution
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
- Blinkit Ads and other Quick Commerce advertising platforms
- Campaign planning, testing and optimisation
- Budget allocation across channels
- Attribution and performance reporting
- Landing page and conversion rate optimisation
- Scaling winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS
- Working closely with founders to launch new products and campaigns
Bonus responsibilities
We don't have a large operations team yet, so we'd love if you're comfortable handling some basic marketplace management:
- Uploading new listings
- Managing catalogues across Shopify, Amazon and Blinkit
- Coordinating inventory updates
- Running promotions and offers
- Monitoring marketplace health
These will take a small portion of your time.
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with Amazon Ads is mandatory
- Experience with Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads or Instamart Ads
- Comfortable analysing data in GA4, Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools
- Understand attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS and incrementality
- Curious, analytical and willing to experiment
- Can work independently without constant supervision
Bonus points if you have
- Worked at a D2C brand
- Experience in food, FMCG, health or kids products
- Managed ₹10L+ monthly ad budgets
- Experience with Shopify and marketplaces
