Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our advertising budget, from campaign setup and creative briefing to deep-dive analytics and scaling. The ideal candidate lives in the dashboards, loves A/B testing, and knows exactly how to pivot strategies when the algorithm shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management: Strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Advantage+ Shopping, Retargeting, and Prospecting).
Google Ads Management: Full-funnel management of Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure 100% accuracy in tracking (Server-side API, Google Tag Manager) to properly attribute conversions.
Creative Strategy: Collaborate with design teams to brief high-performing ad creatives based on data-backed winning hooks and formats.
Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to lower CPA and increase ROAS.
Reporting: Translate complex data into actionable insights for the leadership team through weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience.
Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (formerly AdWords).
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and GTM.
Copywriting: Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy.
