Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Pune City, who can turn ad spend into real outcomes, not just leads. The individual will oversee the implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms and ensure ROI-driven results. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting competitive market analysis, managing ad budgets, generating performance reports.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to design and implement effective performance marketing campaigns
- Experience and expertise in Customer Service and Communication to engage with internal stakeholders and ensure successful campaign execution
- Proficiency in Sales and understanding of customer acquisition and retention methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to gauge campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in higher education or similar industries is an advantage
