Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Jodhpur. The specialist will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and ROI. Daily tasks include conducting market research, implementing effective marketing strategies, overseeing performance analytics, facilitating customer engagement, and collaborating with the sales team to align objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with stakeholders and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy and Sales to develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with strategic goals
- Experience in Market Research to identify trends, analyze competition, and understand consumer behavior
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
