ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fully remote role designed for high-performance professionals who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns.
We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-focused Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are specifically looking for a highly reliable, independent professional who can take complete ownership of performance marketing from end to end.
This role is not execution-only you will be the single point of contact responsible for planning, execution, optimization, and scaling campaigns across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Handle daily budget allocation and maximize ROAS
• Perform detailed audience research and competitor analysis
• Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring
• Implement conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and event tracking
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
• Run A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase conversion rates
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest platform updates and algorithm changes
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Funnel Optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking tools
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present campaign insights clearly and confidently
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
