About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment, can juggle priorities effectively, and consistently delivers measurable results.
You will play a critical role in campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and client communication while working across global markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Account & Workflow Management- Manage and optimize multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining performance quality
- Prioritize campaigns effectively in a fast-paced environment with 10+ active accounts
- Identify high-priority issues and take immediate action while balancing scheduled optimizations
2. Campaign Localization & Language Variants- Plan and execute multilingual campaigns across diverse geographies
- Ensure consistency in messaging, targeting, and performance across language variants
- Collaborate on localization strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
3. Tools & Task Management- Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools for campaign execution
- Maintain structured workflows using task/project management tools
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance efficiently
4. Campaign Strategy & Research- Conduct in-depth research to develop high-performing campaign strategies
- Translate client briefs into structured campaign plans
- Identify key data points to guide targeting, creatives, and budget allocation
5. Platform Updates & Industry Awareness- Stay up to date with the latest features and changes in Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems
- Adapt strategies to leverage new tools, automation, and optimization capabilities
- Continuously test and iterate to improve campaign performance
6. Technical Proficiency- Use tools like Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign creation and optimization
- Leverage automation and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Ensure proper campaign setup, tracking, and data integrity
7. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving- Monitor campaign performance and quickly identify issues or anomalies
- Diagnose drops in performance (e.g., conversion decline) and implement corrective actions
- Apply a structured, data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimization
8. Collaboration & Communication- Communicate campaign insights, performance updates, and recommendations clearly
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on strategy and execution
- Handle differing opinions constructively with a focus on results
Qualifications & Requirements- Proven 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with multilingual or multi-market campaigns is a plus
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Editor, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
