Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Performance / Digital Marketing Specialist to drive growth through paid acquisition and search marketing across our digital channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing targeted online marketing campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The role will focus on lead generation, campaign optimization, and funnel performance, with responsibility for managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM.
You will work closely with the Sales and Content teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified leads, enrolments, and consulting inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
o Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
o Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong ROI
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting
Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Develop and manage paid search strategies to capture high-intent traffic
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Continuously optimize campaigns for improved CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content
• Improve organic rankings and website traffic
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
• Optimize landing pages and lead capture funnels
• Work with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Analyze user journeys and reduce drop-offs
Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Track campaign performance using tools such as:
o Google Analytics
o Google Tag Manager
o Ad platform dashboards
• Build performance reports and identify growth opportunities
• Provide insights on campaign performance and optimization strategies
Qualifications
Requ</st

- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
- Experience managing paid acquisition budgets and optimizing campaigns
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales to design and implement effective campaigns
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage with stakeholders and support clients effectively
- Experience in conducting Market Research to analyze trends and inform data-driven marketing decisions
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Proficiency in analytical tools, along with a data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Additional preffered qualifications
- Experience marketing education programs, consulting services, or professional training
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization
- Experience or interest in the sustainability and ESG sector is a strong advantage
