Daily Execution & Campaign Management
· Launch and manage:
. Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, PMax
. Meta Ads: Instagram/Facebook Feed, Stories, Reels, Advantage+ Campaigns
. Amazon PPC: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display
· Maintain and optimize campaign structures, ad sets, product targeting, and placements.
· Set up retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom segments, and keyword intent clusters.
· Own bid management — manual and rule-based or via scripts.
· Monitor daily spends, pacing, and efficiency metrics.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
· Analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPM, ACoS, TACoS across platforms.
· Conduct weekly creative and copy testing (static, UGC, carousels, videos).
· Deep-dive into search term reports, placement reports, and audience breakdowns.
· Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, headlines, CTA buttons.
Tech Stack & Tool Management
· Set up and manage UTMs, tracking templates, and 3rd-party attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Rockerbox, Northbeam).
· Pixel setup and event configuration: Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tags, Amazon Attribution.
· Collaborate with developers to ensure event tagging (GA4, GTM) is accurate and robust.
· Use scripts, automation rules, or bulk editors for scale-based optimization.
Cross-Platform & Funnel Strategy
· Build full-funnel journeys from cold to warm to conversion across Meta + Google + Amazon.
· Plan campaign sequences across TOF/MOF/BOF, including nurture remarketing.
· Work with the product/creative team to develop high-converting landing pages using tools like Unbounce, Webflow, or internal CMS.
Must-Have Skills:
. 1-2 years hands on experience scaling an E-Commerce brand.
· Hands-on with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Ads Console
· Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: pivot tables, regression, formulas
· Experience with GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, Looker Studio
· Ability to use bulk operations, scripts, automated rules, and bid strategies
· Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹10L to ₹50L+
