Position: Performance Marketer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads for construction and architecture services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Generate qualified leads for construction and architecture services
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead
- Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Work with design and content teams to create effective ad creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversions
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
