We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (D2C Apparel)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive sales, optimize funnels, and scale campaigns aggressively. This is a work-from-home role with immediate joining.
What we're looking for
- Relevant educational background in marketing, business, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience working with D2C clothing/apparel brands
- Experience in kidswear is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of CRO
- A pure growth mindset — we are scaling fast, and we want someone who thrives in that environment
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize sales-driven campaigns
- Master conversion, CRO & retargeting strategies to maximize ROI
- Build and analyze end-to-end high-growth funnels
- Deep understanding of key metrics: AOV, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate
Details
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (Based on skills and experience)
- Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
